Beverly B. Goodwin LLC, operating the Kingdom Media Universe brand (“Kingdom Media Universe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, stored, and protected when you use The Scripture Show mobile application, website, and related services.

The Scripture Show is a faith-based Bible trivia and Scripture-learning experience designed to help users learn, engage with, and grow in their knowledge of Scripture.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use The Scripture Show.

Account and Sign-In Information

Users may use certain portions of The Scripture Show as a guest or create/sign in to an account.

When you sign in using Google or another supported authentication provider, we may receive information such as your name, email address, account identifier, and other basic profile information authorized by that provider.

We do not receive or store your Google, Apple, or other third-party account password.

Guest users may be assigned a device or application identifier so that certain app activity can function before an account is created or accessed.

Gameplay and Learning Progress

To operate the app and save your progress, we may collect information related to your use of The Scripture Show, including:

lesson completion, quiz answers and scores, XP and rank, Hearts, streaks, achievements, badges, crowns, topic progress, completed lessons, referral activity, invite codes, leaderboard activity, and other learning or gameplay progress.

This information may be associated with your account so that your progress can be restored or synchronized across supported devices.

Leaderboards, Referrals, and Social Features

If you participate in leaderboard, referral, or friend features, certain information such as your display name, XP, ranking, referral status, or other limited gameplay information may be visible to other participating users.

We do not intend these features to disclose private account information such as your email address.

Subscription and Purchase Information

The Scripture Show may offer optional Premium subscriptions.

Payments for native mobile subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store or authorized payment provider. We do not receive or store your complete credit-card or banking information.

We may receive limited transaction information necessary to manage your subscription, such as a transaction identifier, subscription status, purchase date, renewal or expiration information, entitlement status, and whether a purchase has been restored.

Chat, Support, and Communications

If you use an in-app chat or support feature, contact us, submit feedback, or communicate with us about the app, we may process the information you provide so that we can respond, provide support, improve the service, or investigate problems.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through general chat or support features unless it is necessary for us to assist you.

Technical and Usage Information

We may receive limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve The Scripture Show. This may include information such as app version, operating system, device type, timestamps, network or IP information, session information, error information, and similar technical data.

We do not use The Scripture Show to collect precise location, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, or other sensitive device information unless a future feature specifically requires it and appropriate notice and permission are provided.

How We Use Information

We use information collected through The Scripture Show to provide and maintain the app; authenticate users; save and synchronize learning progress; calculate XP, achievements, streaks, crowns, scores, and rankings; operate referral and leaderboard features; manage Premium entitlements and subscriptions; respond to support requests; prevent misuse or fraud; troubleshoot technical problems; maintain security; comply with legal obligations; and improve the reliability and user experience of the service.

We do not sell users’ personal information.

The current version of The Scripture Show does not display third-party advertising. If advertising practices change in the future, this Privacy Policy and applicable store disclosures will be updated.

How Information May Be Shared

We may share limited information with companies that provide services necessary to operate The Scripture Show, such as hosting, authentication, app-store billing, subscription management, technical infrastructure, security, and customer support.

These providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to their applicable privacy and security obligations.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, governmental request, protect the rights or safety of users or others, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the integrity of The Scripture Show.

If Beverly B. Goodwin LLC or Kingdom Media Universe is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, information associated with the service may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections.

Data Retention

We retain account and app information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide The Scripture Show, maintain your account and progress, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with that account unless limited information must be retained for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purpose.

Backup systems may require a reasonable period of time before deleted information is completely removed.

Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their The Scripture Show account and associated data.

The released mobile application will provide an accessible in-app method for users to request account deletion.

When an account deletion request is completed, the account and associated user data will be deleted unless retention of limited information is required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons.

Deleting a The Scripture Show account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Users should manage or cancel their store subscription through the applicable app store when necessary.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Scripture Show is family-friendly, but the service is not specifically directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances where it should not have been, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
