The Scripture Show

Welcome to The Scripture Show, a Bible trivia and learning experience operated by Kingdom Media Universe (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of The Scripture Show mobile application, website, and related services.
By accessing or using The Scripture Show, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
1. The Scripture Show Service
The Scripture Show provides Bible-based trivia, lessons, games, scores, progress tracking, streaks, achievements, and other educational and entertainment features.
We may add, modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time as the service develops.
2. User Accounts
Certain features require you to create or sign into an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your account.
The Scripture Show may allow sign-in through third-party authentication providers such as Google or Apple. Your use of those services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
You may not use another person's account without permission or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's information.
3. Free and Premium Access
The Scripture Show may provide both free and paid Premium features.
Free users may be subject to limits such as daily lesson or heart limits.
Premium features may include benefits such as:
Unlimited hearts
Unlimited lessons
Streak protection or streak freeze
Other Premium features introduced in the future
Available features may change as The Scripture Show continues to develop.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed through the applicable app store.
The current annual Premium subscription may include an introductory offer for eligible first-time subscribers. Eligibility for introductory pricing is determined by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies.
After any introductory period or introductory subscription price, the subscription renews at the then-current regular annual price unless canceled.
Subscription pricing and eligibility will be displayed before purchase.
5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Premium subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Users are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through the same platform used to make the purchase:
Apple App Store subscriptions are managed through the user's Apple account.
Google Play subscriptions are managed through the user's Google Play account.
Deleting The Scripture Show app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6. Refunds
Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store.
Kingdom Media Universe does not independently control Apple App Store or Google Play refund decisions.
7. Educational and Entertainment Purpose
The Scripture Show is designed for Bible education, study, trivia, and entertainment.
While we make reasonable efforts to present accurate biblical information, users are encouraged to review Scripture and other trusted resources for personal study.
Questions, explanations, scoring, and other educational content should not be considered professional, legal, medical, financial, or counseling advice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Attempt to interfere with or damage the service.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit The Scripture Show content without written permission.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary software or source code except where permitted by law.
Use the service for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. Intellectual Property
The Scripture Show name, branding, artwork, characters, graphics, game designs, original trivia content, ScrollUp character and related original materials are owned by or licensed to Kingdom Media Universe, except where otherwise stated.
Bible quotations and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective copyrights, licenses, or public-domain status.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Kingdom Media Universe intellectual property to the user.
10. Account and Data Removal
Users may request account deletion through available in-app features or by contacting us.
Account deletion may permanently remove account information, game progress, scores, streaks, and other associated data.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable store.

11. Availability of the Service
We work to keep The Scripture Show available and operating properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, internet connectivity, third-party services, app-store systems, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Media Universe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use The Scripture Show.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as The Scripture Show develops or as legal, technical, or business requirements change.
When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Kingdom Media Universe operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
